Tonight's Subject: Lawsuits I am curious as to what all these lawsuits being filed against a Chapter 11 filing company will result in? The pecking order as i see it is creditors first and, oops, we are out of money. The only benefactors would be the ambulance chasing law firms collecting fees from the plaintiffs. Seems to me , if I was an ENE 401K holder, I would be rooting for continuance as a going concern rather than trying to bury it. It just seems to me that suing ENE right now is basically fruitless.
