Whoever is yapping about "pro-forma" not being quite "honest" is probably in danger of Bush or Congress or the Fed putting out his lights. Perhaps they will just pass a new law prohibiting anyone from saying anything negative about the stock market or corporate earnings (corporate earnings -- boy is that an oxymoron). They almost have the tribunals in place to lock a naysayer up and throw away the key without even telling anyone.
