Japan was lucky in '98 that the US economy was still strong and able to buy up their exports and get them out of recession, but this time the US and Europe are in no better shape economy wise than Japan. I keep hearing about a recovery but no one seems to be able to describe by what means. A healthy corporate balance sheet is usually one prerequisite, a Consumer that has extra income to spend is credit lean is another, and strong export sales would definitely help, but where , who and what ???

Who, what , where is the old adage for investigation, yet I have no answers.
