Kenneth Phillips make a great observation, I heard the same concern......... <<<<<<<<Sen. Mike DeWine, Republican from Ohio, made a good point in today's hearings. He was concerned about US Citizens traveling abroad who might be arrested and tried in secret by civil or military tribunals. Those governments could then point to our secret military tribunals as a precedent. Other governments who might capture our service people could try them in secret before military tribunals. Would we consider this to be just and fair?>>>>>>>>>> The answer is to bomb anyone who detains an American, that is the view of the hard right here. Freedom and rights don't count except theirs.
