Paul and others, as many years as I've been trading online and I've never used a buy stop...or a stop loss for that matter. I always make my mental stop and then break my rules to often. LOL! Anyway, when a buy stop is triggered...isn't it a market order that goes in? How well do you get filled on your market orders. I have not used a market order in years due to crappy fills I used to get. But in a more liquid stock do you find you are treated fair? I often hit limit orders with a 2-3 penny cushion in case the momentum carries it to quick and I often get improvements. I've just always tried to stay away from a market order and that's why I've never used a stop loss or buy stop.

Just hoping to get some feedback because I think I really should be using auto stops to keep me out of trouble like I got into on CFLO.

Cheers!
