Paul, re: "Thanks for pointing that out [AMD share dilution]." You're welcome. Always happy to have a fact at hand and the discussion of options/repurchase is of interest even though I remain mildly confused. <g> I was surprised to see the AMD share dilution despite the significant repurchase (%shares wise) and that Basic and Dilute share counts were the same for AMD. Intel had a contraction in the spread here (from 288M to 158M) but not nearly as complete, perhaps due to different options vesting time and a less severe share price drop. -PT
