Does Hunt seriously believe "millions of accused terrorists" are going to be tried under these tribunals?

So, I gather from this post it does not concern you that domestic cases can be put before military tribunals without any outside approval process, that judgments can be rendered without the possibility of court review, that these rules can be put in place without serious congressional participation, that conversations between lawyers and clients can be bugged without prior judicial approval, etc. And that this is all being done without a serious argument that it is necessary for national security; just the unjustified, unargued for assertion.

In fact, that the justification, if I understand Ashcroft's congressional testimony yesterday, is that if you ask for a justification you must be aiding the enemy. I can only resort to the oldest cliche in the book, "give me a break."

Worries me.
