"A concurrent resolution passed yesterday in both the House and the Senate urges the President to “suspend all relations with Yasser Arafat and the PA if they fail to take actions” to crack town on terrorists." The one word in this that gives me concern is the word "if" How many warnings does he get? I agree this sounds definitive but it still gives Arafat some wiggle room. For a snake, it doesn't take much room to wiggle. HH
