Your attack on Ashcroft is pure rubish. Show me anything that Ashcroft has done or advocated that was not permitted under FDR during WW2. If it was constitutional then why is it not constitutional now? This is just partisan politics at its' very worst. It is time to rally round and get the job completed so that we can return to some semblence of normalcy. The left continues to prattle about poor benighted "immigrants" while we are dealing with illegal alien terrorists. The left should be concerned about innocent American civilians who have been killed in an attack of unprecedented carnage and who are targeted for further violence. How many eight square block areas are you willing to concede to give rights to enemy troops who have infiltrated our country? They are not protected by our constitution and do not deserve to be.
