Hi Bob -- you appear to be confusing Chap. 7/ Chap. 11. The former is for liquidation, and your 'pecking order' would generally be correct; the latter, which is what ENE Filed, is for reorganization. From what I've heard 2nd-hand, this same confusion appears to be occurring w/Mark on CNBC ... a pity, as I'm told he is a lawyer. {Also a pity, IMO, as he is a host, not an analyst, etc., and, therefore, improper to be making the opinion comments he has.}
