As of 3/31/97 MRVC had $31,702,000 in cash & marketable securities. But--- Once the secondary offering is completed we'll be looking at a balance sheet that shows $90,000,000.00-$100,000,000.00 in cash and marketable securities with virtually no debt!(Don't forget $10MM may still come from INTEL (500,000 @$20). Imagine how you would have felt if you saw that warchest when you first did your due dillegence before investing in MRVC. All else being equal, I always choose the company with more cash, it not only calms my nerves during rough market conditions but it gives me confidence that the company can "Move" on a dime (no pun intended) when an appropriate opportunity that costs $$$ comes along... Keep patient....we've got a GOOD one here! Ron B
