I am not sure that jump in money market funds is bullish.
After this huge rise it could mean a turn in sentiment, could it not.

I believe the direction of the change - at the turns - is what is important.

For example, watch what happens if people start screaming out of 200% up into 200% down.
1) money selling stocks
2) then starts shorting it to boot

At the turn, I would say a decrease in the 200% and 100% index long funds would be bearish not bullish.
