Bill,

I might also add on SFLX you noted to me a couple of days ago that SFLX is ramping a new mid-range disk drive progam for an Asian Maunufacturer this quarter. It won't obviate the SEG halt in orders this week, but should ameliorate it, and help both AFLX and SFLX.

One more question for anyone out there. This quarter SFLX also initiated a small run "flip-chip-on-flex" program for WDC for a protoype disk drive. What difference between the current "Chip-on-Flex" technology and this new "Flip-Chip-on-Flex" technology? Assuming that SFLX successfully implements its program, what impact on AFLX? Does it buy components for its FCOF prototypes from AFLX? Or is SFLX's FCOF program with WDC essentially a "net neutral" for AFLX? (And did I make sense???)

Thanks,

Doug F.

P.S. Not to start any rumors, but with the price pullbacks in AFLX and SFLX, do not these companies look like juicy "targets" for someone like a DIIG, INAC, or INVX to come in and pick up?
