In IE6 go to file/import and export and you can transfer cookies and favorites to a floppy. For netscape someone else will have to answer. I don't use it. Here's a couple of links for that.

You can transfer the program installation file but have to install it. It will not transfer as a working program (I think that's what you meant).

Service calls can be arranged but I don't think you can afford the hay bill. <gg>
