John, Well, McDonalds is now losing share to more nimble specialty restaurants with a better choice for the $$.

Dell will find this is true as well. CPQ and IBM are already beaten well down.

We are now going to have the era of the SD shops.

Compusa made ever mistake that a high inertia centralized purchase body could make. They could have dome the SD shp chain, instead they went name brand and got eaten alive by dell. They ever tried white bow.

Now all they can hope to do is survive and go SD shop, if they can get good help.

Compusa was norrorious for untrained unskilled help.
They may have had one guy in there who knew what went on, but he was usually busy.

Compusa RIP.

Bill
