Junk bond funds generally flat or down just slightly today as high quality bonds tanked again. The action in this sector is almost too good to be true. I see enormous returns here over the next 12 months -- returns that should excite even NAZ investors. Many junk bonds funds posted returns of 30% or more in the first year after the 1990-91 recession and a repeat in 2002 is a good bet IMHO.
