Are you certain that CPQ gets the 675 mil if the deal is voted down?
I doubt the deal will fly now as this vote, as I understand it, is a little different than others in that non votes don't count. Anyway, I think that the deal actually needs 51% actual cast "yes" votes to count.
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
I do believe that Carly and MC will continue to push the deal.
