Matt:I think it is a ploy for present management trying to keep
conrol of the company.If you have followed the thread,you are aware
of Tom Lotz's activity trying to oust present management.If he is
successful,then you will see the stock move up.Real crap shoot here,
but a chance to make a big precentage return!Just roll the dice and
don't come up craps!!! Don BTW,I'm holding and buying at these
levels!!
