David- I don't know why CUC would buy BROD. It's quite overpriced, which may be why you're shorting it. I would recommend covering your short and looking elsewhere, because if Riven is a hit, you could get hurt. There are plenty of other stocks to short that are safer than BROD. I certainly wouldn't buy BROD, but CUC may see it differently. There are better deals to be found for CUC in the entertainment software arena than BROD. Todd
