I've had a huge year. More "handed on a silver platter" than skill, but I'll take it. I want to finish off the year with some gimmees. I love the hunker downs, not planning on lightening there unless there's a pop event. But..... we're rolling into tax selling -- what there will be of it this year -- and I'll be looking for tax loss stocks to load up on during the thin days before and after Xmas. Let's not discuss specific stocks. I'm certainly not going to discuss my faves, once I've got them. Is there need to go beyond BLUEs for hunting? Is some of the current pressure on BLUEs due to tax selling? Will the hunker downs (particlularly KDUS) get blasted, paying for yesteryears? I finished my tax selling in the third quarter, when I saw attractive swaps. I'd be slightly ahead if I'd have done nothing. ;-)
