Rono: All of Nextel's C Block licenses have build out deadlines on Jan. 3, 2002. Their D,E,F Block licenses are on April 28, 2002.. If the Bankruptcy judge wants any kind of value out of the D,E Block BTA's that are not subject to litigation.. Then the time is running out to try and sell them.. IMO.. BTW.. Does anyone know why Nextwave has requested " Transfer of Control" of all of their C and D,E,F block licenses last week via a remarked "Involuntary Court Order" to a new company called.. "NextWave Personal Communications Inc as Debtor-in-Possession"?? PCSTEL
