Bryan, My interest in Enron is peripheral, the gold market.

I'm not much of a trader and only do those pennies hoping
that my ten cents a share goes into the dollars. So far i'm
holding near all worthless stocks, but hoping.

Also, terms like hedging, derivatives, calls etc i'm clueless with.

So please read the following news item and if it is on topic here
then please go to my post on the gold thread, and if you wish to
comment there then post with a To: Hutch, gold_tutor as these
are the experienced ones there with this stuff. d:oug

Washington, Dec. 7 (Bloomberg) -- "J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.,

Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. and other securities firms are trying
to persuade Congress that failure to change bankruptcy rules
by year's end will disrupt the market for the products companies
use to hedge against fluctuations in interest rates and currencies."
