JR;

This stock should be selling for more than it is at present.
The book value on the stock as of 6/13/97 is $1.09 /share. Also their is only 10 mil in the float.At March 31, 1997 the Company had a net worth of $10,335,572 compared with $8,205,881 at March 31, 1996.

I feel the decline of the stock is mistrust for the company one example was the auto deal that was announced and then it didn't pan out. Why is stga fooling with the auto buisiness anyway they are in the food buisiness. Their is a trend latley that there earnings continues to fall even with higher sales?
I still think the stock is a good price at present their is alot more info on the stock if you wish some of the information I have let me know and I will email it to you. I am looking to buy at present levels but will decide that when I talk to managment on monday.
