Paranoid militia groups probably have similar beliefs. Black government helicopters aren't coming to get Safire, Hunt or anyone else. And it's hysterical to believe they are. George W. Bush can be trusted with the war powers act to hold military tribunals within the spirit of the American constitution. Unless he does something to warrant this level of fear, it's simply an invented state of mind.
