Good line of thought...I think that HWP needs CPQ because printers and ink cartridges are not a growth business. I bought three computers in the past two years and kept the same HWP printer. (I refill my own cartridges). Besides CPQ will make good use of that 675 million fee from HWP if they walk out. Maybe the foundations should pay the fee so that the HWP shareholders are not stuck with it. Jerome
