There was a question in their CC where Hector was asked if they were demand limited of capacity. Hector replied capacity.

I remember it as well, and I remember saying to myself "BS". But when you enter Clintonian logic, and assume they started processing only so many wafers, to meet what they can realistically expect to sell, the supply and demand is matched, and you can float a statement about being capacity limited, and not be lying outright. It sure sounds better than saying "we made all these processors and se can't sell them". I think PR goals are intermixed with facts in these statements, and you need take them with a grain of salt.
