Hi M,

In light of the recent drop in the bond market (selling pressure) I view the jump in the money market funds as future fuel for this bull market (with back and filling naturally occuring).

Keep in mind their are some huge long term capital gains pent up in the bond market. The record fast interest rate drops have gone very far(4 1/2 points). The face value of bonds purchased in 2000 have appreciated very well.

For those smart enough to get out at the top in Jan Feb of 2000 and roll into bonds - they now clip the coupon again and transition into equities as the economy responds to the lower rates and money infusions.

I would view the growth of MM Funds as very Bullish.
