It is hilarious to see the Raging Bull bashers nit-picking this incredible development! How they would have howled with derision yesterday if any of us had posted a rumor that EDIG would be advertising on national television in December!

How many companies could do what e.Digital has done in the past few weeks?

- Introduced four new products which made it the only consumer electronic company to offer three distinct types of digital audio players.

- Announced that it would have its own branded DataPlay audio player and confirmed that most audio DataPlay devices would be using e.Digital technology.

- Built and launched an e-commerce site.

- Initiated a multi-year contract with an OEM (Musical) that is manufacturing their jukebox design (with direct CD encoding capability) for a national retailer.

- Saw that new OEM product featured in Circuit City's very critical Thanksgiving advertising.

- Received extensive media attention and favorable reviews of all of those new products.

- Obtained significant exposure from its giant technology partners - IBM, Lucent and Texas Instruments - including direct marketing support.

- Rewarded its shareholders with special pricing on its flagship product.

- Became the first consumer audio brand to introduce voice navigation into its products, garnering extensive media attention due to that fact.

- Had its digital juke box compared favorably to Apple's highly publicized iPOD ($150 less expensive, twice the storage capacity and fully PC compatible) by major media reports.

- And now is about to advertise its revolutionary products on national television!

Amazing.

And Fred promised that we would see a number of other surprises in the next few weeks. Remember, CES is just one month from today.

The bashers will say, "Yeah, but the shareprice is only $1.21!"

And the smart investor will say, "Yes, that is quite a bargain. Thank you for reminding me!"

Does anyone here think that the company is a bigger risk today, after all of these positive developments and the stock priced at $1.21, than it was one year ago when it was at $3?
