There is nothing you said on this subject that is true. You obviously do not know how the constitution applies to combatants in war or to non-citizens. Don't worry your little head about the AG letting anyone get off. Did you know, by the way, that the rights of any of these terrorists brought before military tribunals under the terms of the President's order will be greater than those of a US serviceman who is tried under the Uniform Code of MIlitary Justice? So how can the application violate the Constitution?
