Now that Al Qaeda has basically lost their Afghanistan sanctuary, where do you think they will go for safe haven?

I don't think that any functioning state will let them in for interests of self-preservation. If they manage to go anywhere it will probably be somewhere that the state doesn't function, like Somalia.
