I've asked you how you would measure it? With patents? With a global enterprise like Intel, that has design facilities in Taiwan; if an innovation was patented by Intel and the individual developing the patent was Taiwanise, is it a US innovation or a Taiwan innovation? You never responded to any of those questions. You started a separate topic with nuclear weapons development and then proceeded to list foreign contributors to the development. You've mentioned the nebulous "economic innovations" and I've responded with a series of economic innovations used in the US that originated in other foreign countries. Did you respond? No. I've provided information/statistics on various countries' health care systems where the life expectency and infant mortality rates are significantly better than the US. You've responded with the parroted phrase "socialized medicine". It's basically the biggest snake oil scam of the century. The success it has achieved in the conservative base relies on the conservative base not understanding the simplest of facts on the Federal budget and an inability to think independently.
