IPO market most unfriendly still. NW Biotherapeutics has dropped its price considerably, and one tiny, other (forgot name at the moment, begins with an X) seattle-based life sciences co pulled it altogether. No new lock-up plays other than merger lock-ups for a good long time. Wilder
