I heard the explanation from the meeting, but didn't remember the details of how it came about.
IMGN, as I was recently reminded, is like the iceberg in the picture that has been circulated around the net. Only a small percentage of what IMGN's about is visable, most of the information is below the surface where it can't be seen without special equipment. The shareholders meeting provided a small opportunity to see below the surface. How many other secrets are hidden down there.
IMHO IMGN's partners are responsible for minimizing the information we get, however, if Mitch could speak freely, I doubt if he'd say much more to us, rather a lot more would be said at proper, formal presentations, and then the presentations would be posted at the website.
