How about a can of pepper spray, think that would back him off next time? We have a family of the little Fokkers in our yard and a family of woodchucks. I found that by buying a thingamawhatsis to hold my garbage cans the possums don't screw around so much. I had a thingamawhatsis that was built in but the DPW here takes the cans from your backyard.....1950s style....and repeatedly broke the thingamawhatsis....patent pending....so I bought this four wheeled thingamawhatsis. Works very well, and the opossums haven't been causing trouble since. I think I bought it from these mooks, but cannot find it now. sportys.com
