The important part IMO

Mr. Zaidman said the job would cost $4 billion to $5 billion, and that
Congress had appropriated $97.5 million for the fiscal year that ends on Oct.
30, 2002, three months before the deadline for screening all bags.

Heck, if INVN gets 100% of this money next year, that will be 97.5 million. Hmm, when you consider that they have achieved a gross margin of only 18.7% on this kind of equipment, then you have an earning potential of about 14 cents per share next year.

Add that to the annualized earnings reported as at the 9 mo. ended Sept 30th, and you will see a great increase in earnings potential next year for INVN if they get 100% of money earmarked by Congress for the FAA to install this equipment. .14 cents plus 6.6 cents so maybe even rounded up to 21 cents. That would represent a 3.2 times increase. Not Bad
