It's nothing to worry about. I've had the same thing happen to me when pasting into Word. Just answer no to the request unless you need to hyperlink to the net. Here's Zonelab's explanation.

"When copying and pasting between applications, ZoneAlarm and ZoneAlarm Pro will often recognize MS Word and/or Excel as requesting access to the Internet or local network. In these instances, answering a "Yes" or "No" at the permissions prompt won't have an effect on your ability to copy and paste. However, if the content has hyperlinks, it will prevent you from using the hyperlinks if the application is not allowed to connect. Furthermore, these applications are not actually accessing the Internet. Their existence in the Programs panel is a feature of ZoneAlarm and ZoneAlarm Pro's checksum abilities. Future releases of ZoneAlarm and ZoneAlarm Pro will address this condition differently."
