For military tribunals November 23, 2001 Mona Charen Michael, I continue to be amazed at the sheer gall of folk like Ann Coulter and Mona Charen. If the individuals occupying the roles were reversed (the Supreme Court had not select Bush last year), can you imagine their comments about the importance of congressional oversight, the sheer gall of attorney generals taking power that was not constitutionally mandated, etc. John
