E-data got some prominent mention on the front page of this week's Interactive Week magazine. Most of the comments were that it was cheaper to settle than to have to pay several hundred thousand to see if they have a case. If I were E-data and CompuServe loses, I hope they make CompuServe pay mercilessly to send a clear message to others before they think twice about future litigation.
