I find that I tend to call back people on my cell phone more often because my cell phone keeps a record of the last 20 phone calls. Making it easier to maintain a phone book and caller information will increase voice volume. What about replying to an email on your cell phone with a voice message? How about sending a voice e-mail to multiple recipients? Or sending a picture with voice comments with a camera enhanced cell phone. I think that voice is a killer app. from the mobile because of user interface issues, and both data and voice can be killer apps to the mobile. Arun
