Len, not sure if you answered that, do you think that destroying Hamas is an Israel's or PLO responsibility?

Palestinian officials said Israel detained 10 activists. Hamdallah said those arrested were from Arafat's Fatah faction and from the Muslim militant groups Hamas and Islamic Jihad.

"During the operation, a bomb factory was found and other explosive materials which were intended to be used in Israel," Israeli Brigadier Gershon Yitzhak said in a media briefing.
