no, i won't be down your throat--i'll be begging you...to get a copy of that data miner that can predict the future! that would be one dang useful device. my prediction, for what it's worth, is that the majority of those cos you mention will all break through to new lows eventually, most well into the single digits. i give this prediction a shelf life of 10 years.

Ten years?

Yes, we have Wang, Digital, Polaroid, Xerox, Atari and others from previous generations of technology to support your 'prediction' if we want to take the side of a TALC running out or being usurped by another leading edge technology. The decade will tell if the Silverbacks all fall to new lows and are in the single digit classification. Of course, Cisco and Oracle were right on the edge of seeing single digits recently - so your prediction is not that "speculative". Even one of the authors of "The Gorilla Game" has a price target on Cisco of $7 (or maybe it is $7 and change).
