If you use Outlook Express you can back it up by going to your main screen, click on the address book and go to file/export and put it on a floppy. You can then reverse the process and import to your new computer. Saves a hell of a lot of typing and printing.

For IE favs go to file, import and export and use the wizard that pops up and use the browse button to save it to the same floppy you used for the address book.
