Chas,

Having read your message and the document you referred to Per regarding the SEC "Are there legal ways to offer...", I still come away convinced that even though it looks as if there are numerous ways to avoid reporting a company's "actions", they must still:

1) "Be available to answer investor's questions"

AND/OR

2) "The SEC has to "review" the disclosures before granting exempt..."

AND/OR

3) "Not release any statement that would constitute fraud, etc.,..."

Not being of any sort of legal background, [IMO]I'm afraid that the little bit of information being spooned out to us may cover them for the most part regarding investor disclosures. However, I do find it disturbing that their website was removed/taken down--(?some legal ramification like maybe fraud???).

It's interesting to note that the website was taken down as soon as investor angst appeared.

I turned in my beer/pop bottles yesterday for the deposit. Now I can buy a HUNDRED! more shares of IMMM.........:'(
