There are a couple references in Josephus. I am no scholar, but in a book called The Case For Christ, these passages are discussed. They are considered significant by modern scholars familiar with textual criticism and ancient documents. I have not looked at the site you posted, but often the rebuttals are very old and out of date (1800s). I think scholarly concesus has moved quite a bit in the last 50 years, but in favor of the historicity of previously doubted texts. I will look at your information later, but my guess is my understanding of your point that there is no historical evidence supporting Jesus (is that what you are saying?) will need revision.
