Wart, You have the ACT right on CDIC. The IL is 9/21 to 10/4 though. Price hasn't violated it...yet. Current value of the IL is in the neighborhood of 9.50. The dynamic is still intact. It would remain intact until IL violation, drop to ACT and subsequent RR. It would get trashed if the ACT didn't hold on this pullback. Doug R
