Are you saying there was no Jesus? "For such a person." Jesus really became something through the commitment of his followers. He was not much to many people during his life, really. He had 12 close followers who by all accounts really didn't know what to make of him either until after he died. I take it you have considered the Josephus passages and concluded there are no authentic references? Edwin M Yamauchi, PhD (Mediterranean Studies at Brandeis) talks about the section referring to Ananias, the Roman governor Festus, and James the brother of Jesus, who was called the Christ. He says he knows of no scholar who has successfully disputed the passage. He is an example of a learned person who has weighed the evidence and the debating sides. How many Jews convicted and sentenced to crucifixion are mentioned in Roman or Jewish history from that time? Raising a point to consider does not make it true. But if you find yourself convinced, then you have your position decided about it.
I am not familiar with that saying of Paul. Where do I find it?

I have not read up on Mithra. But what is your point? Are you saying that the mythology of Mithra was introduced to Jews who then interpreted the life of Jesus through it? Do you think someone took a Persian story and convinced Jews to reconsider their faith in light of Mithra, and those people did so, perhaps inventing a resurrection story, and underwent martyrdom for a borrowed and fabricated story? Maybe so. If Mithra was such a believable story I would expect to find the Mithra story competing today for adherents? Well, I have assumed a lot before hearing what your point is. Got ahead of myself anticipating. The ability to make an argument about texts does not make it true. Lawyers argue and are successful convincing juries of lies. But you get to cast your vote as you see fit.
