HyperBaric Systems Files SB2 Application With The SEC

PALO ALTO, Calif., Dec 10, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- HyperBaric Systems (OTCBB: HYRB chart, msgs), a California biomedical company, announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form SB-2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to register 10 million shares of its common stock.
"Some of the shares being registered have already been issued to investors that have registration rights," noted Harry Masuda, President of HyperBaric Systems.
"The remaining shares will be issued to new investors, as required to fund current and future operating capital needs of the company," Masuda added.
HyperBaric Systems is headquartered in Palo Alto, California, with additional offices in the greater San Francisco Bay area, Rancho Mirage, California and Michigan. The company also has research and testing facilities in Russia.
