terry, very cool. the the SEC should go after slime like Blodget and not worry about small time promoters like Tokyo joe. If they can't make a case against Blodget then the securities laws are a total joke. the securities industry has already violated the public trust but much of the public does not realize that they have been fleeced but one day they will after much TL & EV. I hope the industry does not start issuing proforma account statements! -g-? I can see it now " excluding our losses from Enron our funds performance was X %. mike
