Mitel was started several years back by COREL founder Mike Coupland and Terry Mathews. Mathews recently bought the telcom division of Mitel and took it private, CEO Mandy now runs Zarlink ticker ZL, which is what most shareholders wanted in the first place, as the chip sector can be more profitable. ZL makes about 80% of the chips that PMCS delivers and has some great prospects IMHO.
