Stephen: Queries: 1. Why does the article refer to Calpine as a private corporation? 2. Doesn't Calpine build gas fired turbines primarily? If so--it seems the citizens were misinformed about the impact on air quality. Don't think gas has particulate, but correct if wrong. 3. Actions by "greenies" like these will continue to keep prices up in Calif. methinks. Bill
